This summer, I had costly major foundation repair work done on my basement by an independent contractor. To prevent future water damage, I had a French drain installed, and major dirt grading done on all sides of my home. Ron and I want to thank all of you for your beautiful, professional and capable work at our house.

Our first contact from Lightning was Adrian for our drainage problem. He was quick to asses and estimate the cost of the solution to the problem. I can also say he solved our problem, as was evidenced by the heavy rains recently. No pond formed and no mulch flowed, Yea! Next came Dan for a thoughtful look at our patio needs. He listened to our ideas and concerns and came up with a creative shape and beautiful material for the new patio. We got to meet Grant at our house when he and Dan presented their plan. Grant's professional manner and confidence in you all, speaks volumes to a consumer about your competence. If we had questions he was our contact guy. Always pleasant to talk to, and either had the answers or a way to efficiently get them . We also liked the way Grant, Dan and Adrian were often in attendance during work days or readily accessible if someone had a question.

The stairway is a masterpiece of design and workmanship. It is positively a beautiful piece of art I admire every day. It truly is the most beautiful thing in our backyard and compensates for my landscaping attempts in a big way. It is a focus that I'll try to accent with the plantings it deserves. The workmanship that completed all of these projects was a class act. All of you carefully met each task every day. You were always pleasant and considerate and able to answer questions. Back to the stairs...I don't know how you all were able to lift and work with such heavy materials, but I think it shows your pride and confidence in your work. We are proud of all of you. So, to Justin, Chris, Justin, Nick, Charlie, Nick, Adrian, Dan and Grant, We thank you for it all!!! We love it!!!

I am writing to express my extremely positive experience with your company. I had been working with another landscaping group and was not having any success. A friend of mine recommended your group. To my surprise, Daniel Hanson came out right away and had a genuine interest in what our family’s needs were.

The next day he emailed me a perfect landscape plan for our family. My husband and I had many questions and he got back to us the same day every time. In the end, we had a plan specifically addressing our needs and budget. Daniel exceeded our expectations.

My next surprise was how quickly the plan was put into effect. Many of our friends warned me that my experience was not normal, and that the workers would probably not show up.
